I grew up reading The Source, admiring the Unsigned Hype features, hanging the covers on my wall, dreaming about having a mention, feature, an article, being on the cover, something, one day. It was my hip hop bible in the 90’s. When Courtney Brown hit me up about an article she was writing for The Source recently, those aspirations came full circle. I’ve come a long way from “being Redman”. lol
